  • Reset your nervous system: move out of the stressed 'fight or flight' state and easily elicit the relaxation response. This is a huge deal since oftentimes the body gets so used to being in stress mode that it forgets how to flip the switch back to a calmer state. When you can do this effectively and consistently, your body chemistry and your health can shift in the right direction.
  • Retrain your mind in a way that supports you. This is invaluable since every distraction is competing for your attention. Do you know that your brain does not know the difference between what is experienced, remembered or imagined? You've probably experienced this if you've ever had a thought that triggered you to feel stressed in the body. For example, you're sittting there feeling fine and then suddenly, you're not because you thought of something that caused your stomach to clench and your heart to race....this is the power of your mind working against you. 
  • Gain outside perspective: In other words- don't believe every thought you think as the truth. I've heard it said that a belief is just a thought you keep thinking and that doesn't make it so. Your brain is a mechanism that's been conditioned, influenced, programmed from a very young age and it generally has a habit of thinking less than supportive thoughts. 
  • Unbiased support: I bet you can think of somebody that is caring toward you but who has something derogatory to say about how you're managing an aspect of your life....and maybe their agenda or viewpoint puts a damper on you wanting to turn to them for support? Maybe you have someone who is totally supportive but has their agenda. Anyway, here you can get unbiased support and this is refreshing for most.
  • Accountability: If you've ever broken a promise to yourself or put a priority or two on the back-burner, you'll appreciate the value of having accountability.
  • Guidance: Here, you'll receive both strategic and intuitive guidance to help you to unravel and transform various aspects of your life.
