There is no shortage of what can stress us and throw us off our game. This is why calming workshops are being offered online in the Calm Club on Facebook and sometimes live, offline.

Anyone struggling with stress and anxiety can benefit from being in this FREE Facebook group, the content will be specifically aimed at helping you feel calmer. Mini-workshops will be uploaded on weekly basis starting Dec. 2019


Wellness Workshops & Events


Typically after I lead any Wellness Workshop, participants come up to me and tell me they had no idea how stressed they were until afterwards, when they finally felt significantly calmer. 

Some of us are so used to holding tension in our bodies and feeling stressed about one thing or another, that over time, it actually feels normal. But that doesn't mean it's natural. We're really not designed to live in a stressed state long-term.

These workshops are customizable for different groups and can vary in length. They are always crafted around ways to feel calmer or happier. Laughter Workshops are also a hit. Suitable for Corporate, Schools and Private Groups.
